VA Primaries Today
This will be short and updated with the results later today, but VA goes to the polls in a combined Democrat-Republican primary today (you can only vote in one or the other) to select candidates for the three top offices in the fall. On the Republican side it will most likely mean who will win these positions. I am supporting Kilgore for Governor, Sean Cannoughton for Lt Governor and McBride for Attorney General.
I have a special interest in Cannoughton’s campaign since my daughter is volunteering in it and I had a chance to meet the guy a few week’s ago. Incredibly nice, grounded person who has ties to Northern VA which will help him immensely in the state wide elections this fall.
