President Obama To Cede America To A New World Government?
This is such a stunning claim I have been hesitating to post on it, until the actual language in a treaty President Obama is planning to sign in December did indicate the creation of a new world government meant to use the fig leaf of mythical global warming to take control of the world’s energy markets. The source of this claim is disturbingly credible.
I’ll just cut to the chase here:
Keynote speaker Lord Christopher Monckton, former science adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, gave a scathing and lengthy presentation, complete with detailed charts, graphs, facts, and figures which culminated in the utter decimation of both the pop culture concept of global warming and the credible threat of any significant anthropomorphic climate change.
A detailed summary of Monckton’s presentation will be available here once compiled. However, a segment of his remarks justify immediate publication. If credible, the concern Monckton speaks to may well prove the single most important issue facing the American nation, bigger than health care, bigger than cap and trade, and worth every citizen’s focused attention.
Here were Monckton’s closing remarks, as dictated from my audio recording:
At [the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in] Copenhagen, this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed. Your president will sign it. Most of the third world countries will sign it, because they think they’re going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regime from the European Union will rubber stamp it. Virtually nobody won’t sign it.
I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world government is going to be created. The word “government†actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to third world countries, in satisfication of what is called, coyly, “climate debt†– because we’ve been burning CO2 and they haven’t. We’ve been screwing up the climate and they haven’t. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government, is enforcement.
How many of you think that the word “election†or “democracy†or “vote†or “ballot†occurs anywhere in the 200 pages of that treaty? Quite right, it doesn’t appear once. So, at last, the communists who piled out of the Berlin Wall and into the environmental movement, who took over Greenpeace so that my friends who funded it left within a year, because [the communists] captured it – Now the apotheosis as at hand. They are about to impose a communist world government on the world. You have a president who has very strong sympathies with that point of view. He’s going to sign it. He’ll sign anything. He’s a Nobel Peace Prize [winner]; of course he’ll sign it.

Skimming through the treaty, I came across verification of Monckton’s assessment of the new entity’s purpose:
38. The scheme for the new institutional arrangement under the Convention will be based on three basic pillars: government; facilitative mechanism; and financial mechanism, and the basic organization of which will include the following:
World Government (heading added)
(a) The government will be ruled by the COP with the support of a new subsidiary body on adaptation, and of an Executive Board responsible for the management of the new funds and the related facilitative processes and bodies. The current Convention secretariat will operate as such, as appropriate.
To Redistribute Wealth (heading added)
b) The Convention’s financial mechanism will include a multilateral climate change fund including five windows: (a) an Adaptation window, (b) a Compensation window, to address loss and damage from climate change impacts [read: the “climate debt” Monckton refers to], including insurance, rehabilitation and compensatory components, © a Technology window; (d) a Mitigation window; and (e) a REDD window, to support a multi-phases process for positive forest incentives relating to REDD actions.
With Enforcement Authority (heading added)
© The Convention’s facilitative mechanism will include: (a) work programmes for adaptation and mitigation; (b) a long-term REDD process; © a short-term technology action plan; (d) an expert group on adaptation established by the subsidiary body on adaptation, and expert groups on mitigation, technologies and on monitoring, reporting and verification; and (e) an international registry for the monitoring, reporting and verification of compliance of emission reduction commitments, and the transfer of technical and financial resources from developed countries to developing countries. The secretariat will provide technical and administrative support, including a new centre for information exchange [read; enforcement].
Emphasis from the original and very disturbing to say the least. The heavy use of misleading language (e.g., ‘windows’) is a sign that these people really don’t want the masses (or the Americans) to understand the true nature of this treaty. This is where that Cap & Tax money will be flowing, into this new world government run by some COP (whatever that is).
This is going to explode in Obama’s face.

Anyone drawing up Impeachment papers yet? Subjecting the United States of America and her citizens and Constitution to another Government in any form has to be TREASON!
A lot of citizens, my son included, have sworn to defend this country from ALL enemies foreign and DOMESTIC.
One can only hope this gets ugly, else we will have been led off the cliff like lemmings into Fascism, following the mainstream media and Democrat Party along like Sheeple!
I’m Disgusted that the American people could be so ignorant as to elect this bunch of Communist Usurpers.

There’s a lot of good comments at WUWT. Yes, Obama is a fool and probably political toast if he does this; but Monckton also doesn’t have a very good grasp of the American constitutional system, which makes his suppositions way overblown.
Simply put, a treaty has no force of law unless it is ratified by 2/3 of the Senate – and even if it is ratified, the United States retains the ability to walk away from it whenever it wants. (knowing that there would be international repercussions from doing so) Kyoto and Salt II are good examples of treaties negotiated and signed by previous Democrat presidents which never were ratified by the Senate.
The President *can* sign an international agreement as an executive order, but this can be countermanded by any future President who issues a nullifying executive order.
Remember the last “climate” treaty, it was voted down 95 to nothing in the senate.

I’m remembering Jimmy Carter’s Panama Canal Treaty in 1977. It was ratified, and if memory serves 24 of the 66 Senators who voted to ratify it were voted out of office during the next 3 years. (1978 and 1980)

The U. N. is filled with Socialist/Communists. There is also a pending treaty related to children, which if we sign it, allows the U.N. to dictate how we can or cannot raise our children. I know so many people say we have to be careful about ‘silly’ conspiracy theories, but nothing about the U. N. should be taken lightly. IMO, they are seeking one world government. Look what has happened to the European nations and the EU, handing over their sovereignty to Socialists. Nationalism will die if people do not stop this. Oh come on. Presidents can not sign ratify treaties. I remember Clinton trying to straddle the whole Kyoto thing, by making a show of signing with reservations and all that crap. But the Senate refused to even consider the Treaty. In fact they passed the Hagel Byrd Act without one single no vote…that bill stated that the government can not sign onto anything even remotely like this. Not one single Senator was prepared to back Kyoto, if they would not support Kyoto, they sure as hell will not support this insanity.
I also have a hard time believing that Obama would give up any of his power to anyone, including Soros or any world order.

Did you ever think you would live long enough to see known communists in the WH? Ever think you would see someone say they were going to give an old person a med instead of what they needed because they were OLD? Cutting the money to the doctors that work on OLD people so they will stop? Making the cuts in the care of OLD people is the same as saying ‘die’. They would not dare do this to animals.
Many groups have been meeting over the years to plot this redistribution of America’s wealth. Conyers and Farrakhan attended conferences in other countries through the years and they called it ‘reparations’. They never could get that one off the ground. So finally, they have someone in power to join with our other enemies and the EU fools.
He intends to set so many fires that they all can’t be covered. I thought they had it ready to take off in 2000 by using Gore. Everyone I knew was listening to me yak about this in 2000. They hate Bush for reason.
Plus, I watched and heard Levin and Feinstein say they thought the UN ought to be the US Decider. I consider that BIG and take them at their word. These are very important people. Just like I take Obama at his word when he was away from his teleprompter and told Joe Plumber about spreading the wealth and told the woman her mother might need to take meds.
