How Much For Dead Babies In Congress?

Published by at 8:37 am under All General Discussions

One of the grand balances in American society was to not limit a woman’s choice about pregnancy as long as she did not come to the taxpayers to pay for her decision to abort. Our hands and hearts are open to all forms of assistance to help mother and child live free and well, but we will not pay for ‘mistakes’.

That balance was destroyed under Obamacare, and now we get to find out how much dead babies are worth to politicians without a soul or principles:

The 11 House Democrats led by Rep. Bart Stupak who dropped their opposition to health care reform legislation mere hours before the final vote have requested $3.4 billion in earmarks — and one watchdog group wants to know whether the money represents business as usual or political payoffs.

America, the land of unalienable rights, gets legislatively diminished by our first black President. The unborn are put at the mercy of convenience of choice, the elderly at the mercy of allocated congressional funds. Only a little ironic I think.

Something few are talking about, is the “Nationalizing” of government loans for education. The government can now dole out EVERY STUDENT LOAN. So theoretically they decide who goes to college and what they want people to study. Does anybody find this a scary proposition?

The thing is, they simply claim the requests came because of the deadline to do so. It is almost impossible to prove anything they gain was because of selling their vote (unless there is a taped conversation of the deal). I think the best that can happen is for Repubs to stick to their pledge of “no pork” for the next year….and just keep pointing out the Dem pork received and the HCR vote. Some of it may raise some questions in the minds of Americans because we do know, afterall, deals were made.
