Able Danger Hearings Part I
Folks, I know a lot of you are awaiting my comments on the Able Danger hearings today – which unfortunately got cut short. I worked late and do not have time to get through the audio files at QT Monsters. A quick scan at the liveblogging at QT Monster and Able Danger Blog indicates there are some new nuggets of information, but probably not the answers to my questions I posted yesterday.
Top Dog did point me to one of his posts from November on a key person to watch: Mike Ewing who was the Deputy Director of DIA during Able Danger in 2002 and when Shaffer’s Able Danger data went missing in 2003-2004.
Again, I am not saying Ewing did anything wrong, but he should be testifying.
There are a couple hours of audio to go through – so please be patient and I will get to them as soon as possible. I still have a day job!
I had some observations on the “Able Danger Breaking” thread.
Snapple,
I read all comments. Having time to answer them is a whole different question!
I also hold onto leads to work later.
Cheers, AJStrata

As context I will use the post QT liveblogged as a reference. […]
