NSA Spying On Doctors!

Published by at 12:53 am under All General Discussions,FISA-NSA

Talk about your deep denial.  I posted on tons of news in the DoJ response to questions from Congress on the NSA Terrorist Surveillance Program and FISA and the antiquated media discovers the NSA COULD OF spied on doctors and lawyers.  Not that they did.  Not that they wanted to.  Not that they would. ….

That they could.  Tragically pathetic.  The NSA is trying to find Al Qaeda and their attempts to fulfill their threats to kill Americans in vast numbers, and the antiquated media is worried the NSA might listen on my doctor telling me about my latest prostate exam.

Somebody tell me this is really just a Woody Allen movie I am experiencing!

  1. Tacitus says:

They are still missing the distinction between spying on enemies and building a legal case for court.

And doctors are not saints. You never know, but some doctor out there might have been involved in the anthrax attack.

The tip can be given to domestic LE and then the FBI has to investigate and see if they can make a case independently.

    I think that is fine.

  2. Tacitus says:

Al Zawahiri the Al Qaeda #2 is a doctor and may have been in the US.
Perhaps he used a different name, but if he was here legally even under a fake name then he qualifies as a US person.

Have you had any more thoughts about the possibility that Able Danger was watching the Islamist community at Lodi? (as you noted in the post I have linked)

Our intelligence may have all kinds of espionage details about bad guys, but information gathered by these methods can’t be used in court.

All we can do is sic the FBI on them now and try to get them for something else that won’t seem as bad as what they really did to get noticed in the first place.

  3. Tacitus says:

This man, a Boca Raton DOCTOR, was arrested by the FBI because he pleged his loyalty to Al Qaeda.

So I guess the FBI do spy on doctors, and it’s a good thing they do!!

I think that Dr. Sabir was an American–not of Middle Eastern origin. He took a name that sounds Islamic.

It turns out that the FBI was pretending to be Al Qaeda so they have it all on tape.

Well, this guy must have done something that caused the FBI to sting him like that. http://www.militantislammonitor.org/article/id/673

He lived in Boca Raton, where the first anthrax attack happened at the tabloid called AMI.

The anthrax was in a weird love letter addressed to Jennifer Lopez.

Arrested at the same time was a NYC musician/martial arts expert named Shah. In his car they found a note reminding him to buy a Ward Churchill recording.

Churchill is the radical Colorado professor and ideologue for the Colorado AIM (American Indian Movement). He also is constantly accusing the US of using smallpox biowarfare against the Indians, but he fabricated his evidence and falsified his footnotes.

Shah was the son of a Malcolm X lieutenant.

Interestingly, Ward Churchill’s infamous pro-9/11 article “Some People Push Back”/”On the Justice of Roosting Chickens” quotes from Malcolm X in the opening passage. The phrase “some people push back” is taken from Malcolm X. He was saying that the shooting of John F. Kennedy was payback from Castro.
