What Is This Man Thinking?
Did I Say That?!
“Just like we’ve tried their [the GOP] plan, we tried our plan — and it worked,” he [President Obama] added later in the speech. “That’s the difference. That’s the choice in this election. That’s why I’m running for a second term.”
Obama made these comments in Oakland, where the unemployment rate was 13.7 percent in May 2012. The national unemployment rate is 8.2 percent — up from 8.1 percent in May — for the second straight month.
If this current mess is what people want more of, go ahead and vote for more of the same. Given this current mess is the best this man can do, I can guarantee this is not the best this nation can do. It is time to get back to at least mediocre – as opposed to ‘epic fail!‘
This guy actually believes it! Saw Neo’s post on this on a previous thread and I have to agree… OMG!
Unfortunately there is a crowd out there, maybe 45% of the country, that is: stupid, lazy, ideological, not paying attention, – take your pick, add to the list. These people will vote for Obama or any Dem no matter what. As I posted earlier – I’m NOT hopeful.

It’s up to the American people and I’m not that hopeful. Two famous quotes come to mind.
“There’s a sucker born every minute.” -P.T. Barnum
“No one ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American people.” -H.L. Menchen
You completely misunderestimate him

Been obvious for years.
Romney has a reasonable chance of defeating Obama, but not an outstanding one. One problem that he shares with McCain at this point is that many people aren’t sure he actually wants to be president. Maybe he only wants the attention he gets from being the candidate. He definitely needs to pick the correct person for VP to help him. And one qualification needs to be that they be a natural born citizen of the US. We don’t want to turn off the people that believe in upholding the constitution.
