Tice Is A Wannabe
Russel Tice has nothing to do with the NSA leaks, he admitted that himself. He has used the NSA leak story as a way to publicize is his dismissal for stalking and abusive behavior aimed at an Asian-descent coworker whom he seems to have become obsessed (infatuated?) with even though investigations showed the woman not to be a Chinese spy.
