Mike's America is quick to point out the coordinates of these videos using the point that the Hezzies do use civilians as human shields. There are new photos showing the Hezzies exploiting the dead.

hey, that’s interesting, I remember watching them loading someone on a stretcher and there was no blood, I thought at the time that was strange, but didn’t put 2 and 2 together.

AJStrata, larwyn has a question: the “victims” they photographed on stretcher were not covered in dust, nor were the ones being carried in arms of RED Cross.

The “resucuers” handing off the “injured” were also clean – dark pants and no concrete dust?

Also, no bloody wounds in the clips.

Ya know, none of this stuff really matters a whit. Until Israel is mostly destroyed the world will not have the backbone to act decisively. We and they have already surrendered, they live to fight another day. Next time they hit Israel it will be very big and it will be apparent that she is fighting for her very life. She is now, but it is not apparent to the world because of MSM. Next time MSM won’t have time to comment because Israel will have to destroy its enemies or be completely destroyed. It will be big and decisive, or Israel will be no more. I hope they are ready. I think it could come as soon as Aug 22nd.

All of the above is not to mention we’ve had UN “observers” in Lebanon for 28 years at a cost of 100 Million $ per year. One report on Fox about their “observations” is that they recorded but did not report Hezbollah aggressive-building-up activities.

Here’s some more fun with Google Earth.

If you go to the IDF website http://www.mfa.gov.il/mfa there’s a video labeled “IDF Video: Hizbullah missile fire from within the village of Kafr Qana”.

That video shows combat footage of a launcher in a small orchard near Qana.

I believe I have found precisely where that is on Google Earth. what’s neat is you can orient the view to precisely reproduce the pilots view of the launcher.

Here are the parameters:

Location: 33Â°12’25.33″N 35Â°17’49.08″E
View Heading: -127 deg
Tilt: 64 deg

The video shows the launchers racing back to homes in town. I’m trying to identify the homes shown.

If you enter the string “33Â°12â€²29.00â€³N 35Â°18â€²1.00â€³E” (just cut and paste without the enclosing quotes) into Google Earth (get it here http://earth.google.com ) you will clearly see the structures in the town I have identified as Qana.

That doesn’t mean it *is* Qana. And it doesn’t mean that the building wasn’t built since the satellite image was made.

And I understand that the IDF says the building may not be the one in question. I am responding here and elsewhere to commenters who are analyzing the video as if it *is*.

I went to the link you gave and looked up those coordinates and the satellite imagery does not magnify enough to see any buildings in that city. If you go to Google and enter the coordinates, you get a map of the US. clearly the coordinates are in Lebanon.
So I don’t understand that part of your comments
I do agree that the structure in the video is not a 3 story house, but then the Israeli’s said that the building in the video may NOT be the building in question.

There are two videos I have seen today related to the events in Qana.

The one you appear to be describing shows an elevation view (from the side) of a large ~4 story structure seen from a fixed position. This video was filmed 8 days ago according to the timestamp on the video.

According to http://www.fallingrain.com/world/, Qana is located at coordinates

33Â°12’29.00″N 35Â°18’1.00″E

(Enter that string directly into the search box of Google Earth to locate it).

There is no building in Qana or its immediate vicinity that matches the one shown in the video. Now, the building may have been constructed after the satellite view was made. Or, the town I have identified as Qana may be wrong. But, in all likelihood, the video you are describing is *not* depicting the building that was struck last night.

This is further supported by various description of the structure as a “3 story house”. If that large building had been struck and collapsed, there would be no way it could be described as a house.

Terrorists (Islamists) have used women and children as shields and worse for centuries. It is certainly nothing new and not unexpected. The Ayatollah Khomeini used 8 yr old children to sweep mine fields during the Iran-Iraq war, telling them that as martyrs they would be beloved of Allah. Some classy religion, huh?

“An IDF investigation has found that the building in Qana struck by the Air Force fell around eight hours after being hit by the IDF.

“The attack on the structure in the Qana village took place between midnight and one in the morning. The gap between the timing of the collapse of the building and the time of the strike on it is unclear,” Brigadier General Amir Eshel, Head of the Air Force Headquarters told journalists at the Defense Ministry in Tel Aviv, following the incidents at Qana.

Eshel and the head of the IDF’s Operational Branch, Major General Gadi Eisnkot said the structure was not being attacked when it collapsed, at around 8:00 in the morning.

The IDF believes that Hizbullah explosives in the building were behind the explosion that caused the collapse.”

“(IsraelNN.com) Senior IDF officers told reporters a short time ago that there is a contradiction in the timing of the bombing of the village of Kana and reports of the explosion that killed more than 50 civilians and set off world-wide condemnation of Israel. Air Force Commander Amir Eshel left open the possibility that Hizbullah terrorists blew up the building or that an unknown cause set off explosives which were stored in the structure.

He explained that recorded information shows that Israeli Air Force planes bombed the building between midnight and 1 a.m. and that the next attack at 7:30 a.m. was up to 500 yards away. He said reports of the killing of civilians came around 8 a.m. “It is not clear what happened” between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m., he said.”
