Mortician Source Of Qana Death Toll Figures

Published by at 4:49 pm under All General Discussions,Hezbollah

How many coincedences can one story have before the liberal media realizes what dupes they are? Bishop Hill has noted two sources where the same green helmetted man, who is seen parading dead children’s bodies around Qana and who is probably the ‘mortician’ from Tyre who has a refigerated truck constantly full of dead bodies, is the source of those inflated death toll numbers. Hill points to this article where a journalist was denying any direct responsibility in the Qana Theatre:

As far as Qana, I wasn’t there. I don’t know what the scene was like, other than what my colleagues — who I trust — told me and what I saw on television. As for the death toll going down from 54 to 28, well, that happens. It was apparently a confusing time and the mortician at the al-Bass Government Hospital gave out some numbers that included people also killed that day but in other places.

Well, I am beginning to think Abu Chadi is more than rescue worker/civil defense worker/truck driver/mortician. He has all the makings of Hezbollah’s version of Josef Goebbels – a PR agent.

  1. "Reuters drops freelance Lebanese photographer over image"…

But, as Charles Johnson points out, Reuters takes no responsibility for it photo editors' inability to spot the same obvious fraud that a host of conservative bloggers pounced on like Jane Hamsher on a remainders bin copy of Bamboozled!. From Reut…

Uhh…aren’t we told over and over how much social good Hezballah does? What with their clinics and hospitals….Who wants to bet me the al-Bass Government Hospital is Hezballah funded? What, no one? I’m shocked. Guess this makes Mr. Green Helmet a Hezballah employee doesn’t it? God, the MSM are such dolts.

“God, the MSM are such dolts.”

I beg to differ. They know exactly what they are doing.

I agree Crosspatch, SHOW ME just ONE Lame Stream Media outlet like CNN, NBC, msNBC, c-BS, BBC, the N.Y. and Left Coast Times, the Chicago Tribune, etc. etc. etc. who have any integrity to report the Truth. ALL of those are PROPANGANDA OUTLETS that are far worse than anything ever dreamed up by Joseph Stalin’s ,or Adolph Hitler’s apologists.

Oh that’s right, I forgot, the New York Times and Chicago Tribune were Stalin and Hitler supporters then, abd BRAG about it still.

Sadly it looks like you all are right. Walid Phares takes Reuters’ to task for faking the news, not just photos:

Yeah, the age of integrity in any of our news organizations has sadly passed. There was a time when the process would have gone something like this:

    Lebanon rejects draft.
    Says who?
    Says this guy.
    Who is he?
    Leader of this militia.
    He speaks for Lebanon?
    He speaks for many Lebanese.
So “Lebanon” hasn’t rejected the draft, this guy has.
    “we stand by the story”
Yeah, sure. Someone get a statement from the Lebanese PM …

    Well, now. Isn’t this interesting.

BEIRUT, Aug 4, 2006 (AFP) – Lebanese Prime Minister Fuad Siniora in remarks published on Friday accused Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki of “going over the limit” by criticising his plan to end the war between Hezbollah and Israel.

Siniora’s plan envisages a ceasefire and an exchange of prisoners between Hezbollah and Israel, but also sending the Lebanese army into south Lebanon and the disarming of Hezbollah.

At least the newsbie types could give us a consolation prize…

Like maybe having Neal Galbler walk into a Nascar Bar!
