Impeaching Bush Is Election Issue

Published by at 11:02 am under All General Discussions,Leiberman-Lamont

I predicted back in the winter that the far left was so frustrated, so angry, so fed up that Impeaching Bush was the core issue for the election this fall. Iraq, Katrina, Oil prices were all evidence for the grand scheme. confirms that prediction with a majority of Lamont supporters clearly indicating their desire to Impeach Bush:

Half (52%) of Lamont voters believe Bush should be impeached and removed from office. Just 15% of Lieberman voters share that view.

Note there is no hesitency in this position. Bush needs to be removed from office. Can’t wait to see whether these voters try and hide their feelings are will stand by their beliefs openly, regardless of what it does to Lamont’s chances to win the general election.

Why do they like Cheney better? Oh yeah, it is a coup.

Er, I don’t understand — how would hesitancy manifest itself? Was this an essay question? Were the interviewees fitted with little suction-cup thingies that measured galvanic skin response? Doesn’t seem likely. It looks as if this was a multiple-choice question, and the respondents said “Impeach.” Not much room for nuance if you only get two choices.

Oh my , let us stretch out this view.

First they gotta win control of the house. This is not Lamont’s race.
Second they have to get it introduced and passed.

Third , even if they won every contended seat up for election, they would never have enough votes to follow thru on it.

Even taking that as a given situation, even the Koskids would have to do a major stretch to turn such a tragic outcome into a “moral victory”.

Forgive them, they don’t have a clue to what they do!

Ah flash , now I got it, they are the ones buying all the tracphones so they can annomously SMS their talking points!

If the dems could do it or had the votes to followup on an impeachment case, the wall to wall news coverage would be deconstructed by the blogs to rip it to shreds.

They are wishing for something that could put them in the container of amusing distractions that had no effect on reality.

Remember that in Florida, the dems took down all or most of the absentee ballots of our troops in Iraq on technical reasons. I agree they did not meet the letter of the law. But the principle remains that the dems dumped on the troops that they say they support.

It is so hard to talk the talk and walk the walk…especially if yer preferred method is when you need to be arrested for a dui.
