If they were able, the Dems could impeach till the cows come home. They'd never get the two thirds they need in the Senate to convict. Furthermore, if they think impeaching W helps their White House chances in '08, they'd better think again. The whole country (well, that part which thinks for itself) would know its payback for Clinton.

I ultimately don't care about Republican points, I care about national defense. And the Democrats have nothing there. They never have. In fact, the contrary is true. Which is not surprising because since the 1960s the agenda for the Democratic Party seems to be one centered around hatred of their own country.

Since 9/11 it is almost as if they have now tasted blood on their lips and their hatred is reaching a fevered pitch.

On Bush's record on terrorism, it is good. He is an extremely strong president. He has stood bravely against overwhelming and vicious world opinion. He has done what is right against incredible adversity.

However, as has been noted 'we have to be right 100% of the time, they only have to be right once' is very true. This said, because of our aggressive attacks in Iraq and Afghanistan and because of our aggressive restructuring of the government to fight terrorism and the efforts of our great men and women on the ground... we have sent a loud message to terrorists, "Terrorism does not work with us".

I hope it is loud enough and not too late.

And I hope it is not completely contradicted by the Left's wild screaming, "Please, anything, anything, we just want to be told what to do by lawless savages".

Read this and weep:

As per REDSTATE -

More evidence of ABC folding: cancelled ads
By krempasky Posted in Hollywood

When checking our Feedburner statistics a few minutes ago, something jumped out at me. It's not often that we see cancelled campaigns in RSS (or in web advertising in general), especially from larger organizations or agencies. The reasoning is simple - it's *expensive* to plan large campaigns, so ABC nixing this ad is all the more depressing.

(I should also add that if I had to guess, the person tasked with cancelling this ad far outranks the person who booked it in the first place.)

This docudrama is TOAST! Stick a fork in it! The fix is in!
