NSA Surveillance Allowed To Continue

Mac Ranger points to good news out of the 6th Circuit Court staying that lunatic judge’s lame finding that the NSA program – to monitor Al Qaeda overseas and notify the FBI if they pick up communications with people here in the US – was unconstitutional. Excellent!

    I have a feeling we’re about to find out who Dollar Bill Jefferson (D-LA) was talking to and it’s going to have something to do with not evacuating NO for Katrina. Just a wild guess.

    Unanimous ruling also adds to the promise of overtuning that stupid ruling.

    What is the status of that bill that will no longer fund ACLU?
