The article suggests a co-ordinated campaign of sleaze through election day of continued leaks of real or imaginary impropriety which truly disgusts me on all fronts. Long term the biggest victim may be the process itself.

This story has so many twists and turns that it is hard to fathom anyone putting it in complete order. While have children and grandchildren and strong feelings concerning the “abuse” of any minor,(or for that matter any human being), I also believe people should have all of their ducks in a row before destroying someone’s life.

Conservatives are viewed in a different light (or should I say Republicans) than are Democrats and the legs these stories get is immeasureable.

You and Mac have done a great job of keeping us informed and
providing links with valuable info. It will be interesting through the week to see what materializes here but I believe that those involved in this debacle should remember “What a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive” as it sure does seem applicable here.

Here’s hoping tomorrow provides more truth than we seem to have today.
