National Security vs Impeachment
America does have a choice this fall: to continue to defend ourselves in the Global Islamo Fascist Jihad or we can impeach Bush and Cheney. Seems pretty clear what the choices are. And clear this is a real desire on the leftward fever swamps. Vengeance on Al Qaeda for 9-11 (national pride) or vengeance on the GOP (liberal pride). LOL! Somehow the danger of the GOP is just not rising to the same level as people who behead innocent civilians on TV for kicks. Sorry libs. Your grievances just aren’t that important. Suggest you seek more counseling.

There is nothing more important to the Progressives than regaining power. They hate Repubs and being out of power and regaining it is easily worth selling out America.
What House Democrats Intend to Do November 8…
So, let’s suppose that Democrats do indeed win all the seats the pundits and so-called experts say they’re supposed to win and obtain a majority in the House. Will this be acceptable? I don’t think so……
As I have said before, I agree with AJ that there is loading to the polls and MSM spin to win rethoric that may not hold up. We will know soon enough.
Even if you take the worst case the MSM has presented, you may get enough votes to impeach, but a conviction is a long shot to say the least , just by the numbers.
Even the left knows this, so all the rest can only be that they are pandering to the base, a charge they level at the right with too much regularity.
We will see what we will see.
I for one do not detect any movement and culture shift that the current drumbeat seems to be trying to create as an alternative reality.
Guess we will all have to wait to see what happens.

That these people will take the extraordinary step of investigating the impeachment of both Bush AND Cheney is certainly telling. It is also extremely alarming that they would be willing to spend BILLIONS of dollars of taxpayers money and drag this out as long as necessary to win! Do not forget that there are some in this group who would also love to see both Bush and Cheney face WAR CRIMES trials! I SHUDDER to think of what will happen to this country if they get their way.
