That these people will take the extraordinary step of investigating the impeachment of both Bush AND Cheney is certainly telling. It is also extremely alarming that they would be willing to spend BILLIONS of dollars of taxpayers money and drag this out as long as necessary to win! Do not forget that there are some in this group who would also love to see both Bush and Cheney face WAR CRIMES trials! I SHUDDER to think of what will happen to this country if they get their way.

AJ — offtopic, but AJ, the link in the update to your “Democrat staffer suspended for leaking” post is messed up. You began the “a href” URL with a single quote and ended it with a double quote. Kinda makes the rest of the post a little tough to read.

As I have said before, I agree with AJ that there is loading to the polls and MSM spin to win rethoric that may not hold up. We will know soon enough.

Even if you take the worst case the MSM has presented, you may get enough votes to impeach, but a conviction is a long shot to say the least , just by the numbers.

Even the left knows this, so all the rest can only be that they are pandering to the base, a charge they level at the right with too much regularity.

We will see what we will see.

I for one do not detect any movement and culture shift that the current drumbeat seems to be trying to create as an alternative reality.

Guess we will all have to wait to see what happens.
