Allen is tied with Webb with less than 20% reporting in. Remember Allen’s districts down state report late. If the results are for NoVa Webb is in serious trouble.

According to Ed Morrisey it was Fairfax County reporting in VA. that put Webb over Allen for now. Hope this fits in to your scenario AJ as I don’t know VA that well.
