US Targets Al Qaeda In Iraq

I sure hope no Democrat is dumb enough to repeat the myth there are no Al Qaeda in Iraq after yesterday’s successful raids. But then I hope for a lot of things which probably are unrealistic in the end.

    And in other news …

Meanwhile, the U.S. military says coalition forces detained 23 suspected terrorists with ties to senior al-Qaida leaders during multiple raids Wednesday morning in the city of Ramadi, west of Baghdad.

A separate military statement said an Iraqi court has sentenced to death three foreign terrorists who were convicted of al-Qaida-linked terrorist activities. The three – a Saudi, a Sudanese and a Syrian – were among 48 detainees convicted by Iraq’s Criminal Court last month.

Looks like the Iraqis have sentanced more to hang.

What are the libs going to say when Iraq is cleaned up? Still cut and run? And why since so much good news is coming out of Iraq are they still singing the same song? They refuse to let George Bush get credit for anything, that’s why.

I don’t hear any of them demanding the troops be deployed from Serbia. Why is that do you suppose? Oh, that’s Clinton’s iniative, I forgot.

Many Democrats claim there were no Al Qaeda members in Iraq before our invasion, but I have heard no one say that there are no members of Al Qaeda in Iraq now. That is a completely bogus accusation.
