CPAC 5
They must be running behind because George Will was talking when I took a break from the Exhibit Hall. Met James Joyner of Outside the Beltway and one of my favorite Governors from my home state Jim Gilmore. I am glad he is in the running for President and I could easily support him. Make sure to check his campaign site. He was an excellent Governor who worked hard to lower taxes. Time for me to depart CPAC. Interesting as usual and it was great to meet all the wonderful bloggers and candidates.
Update: I have to admit I went to CPAC more to meet the bloggers than to see the pols (I grew up around pols). I forgot to mention I ran into NZ Bear of The Truth Laid Bear. All in all it was great to finally talk to kindred spirits and put faces and voices (and personalities) to names. There is a clear resistance to Rudy at CPAC, but at the same time if it is Rudy or Hillary I know these people will make sure we don’t see another Clinton in the White House.
Ack… looks like screwy HTML.

Sigh…
Here we go…
As expected…
What would the outcome be?
Back to the Litvinenko story for a minute:
Washington – FBI agents say they are assisting police in suburban Washington who are investigating the shooting of a Russian expert — a man who spoke out on ”Dateline NBC”’ last weekend and strongly suggested that remnants of the KGB were responsible for the bizarre poisoning death of Alexander Litvinenko. The Russian expert, Paul Joyal, was shot Thursday night as he got out of his car in front of his house in Adelphi, Md.
