Thank You Nancy Pelosi

Published by at 6:10 pm under All General Discussions,Bin Laden/GWOT

I couldn’t help but pick up on all the fawning over Nancy Pelosi’s trip to Syria coming from just about every terrorist and Islamists organization on the planet. I know many conservatives are angry and upset at Nancy, but Nancy did more to shift support back to conservative national security and towards support of Bush’s policies than I thought possible. The Islamo Fascists are ecstatic over Pelosi’s capitulation. Their common response that Pelosi is the only saviour of peace in the ME and the only one who can avoid US defeat (by ironically negotiating our surrender) is nothing short of astounding.

So why am I so happy? Clearly Bush’s policies and strong positions have everyone of these organizations swarming to Pelosi offering to negotiate because their only other option is DEFEAT! Why are all the Islamo Fascists singing her praise? Well here is their choice: negotiate a truce with Pelosi or sue for terms of surrender with Bush. Pelosi must represent their last hope – why else run to her like this? Why would every terrorist organization claim Pelosi can save the ME when, in fact, it is them who need to be saved? If the US was going to get an ass-whooping they WOULD NOT HESITATE to give us one. If the Islamocists where in a position of strength they would be trying to squeeze Pelosi and America. But they aren’t doing that. They are singing her praises. So it is clear (a) Pelosi is naive enough to think surrender is our only option (b) and not smart enough to see all the praise is an act of desperation from the terrorists! They have only two paths – neither of which is winning against the US. As I said, if they had even a prayer of hitting the Great Satan hard they would take it and bask in the hero’s limelight.

The choice is now clear for America: we can finish the job and pound the terrorists into surrendering on our terms, or we can let Pelosi save them from defeat and negotiate a useless and untenable peace – for the terrorists, they must attack us again later – when they are better prepared. Defeating the West is still the plan. But clearly that requires survival, and the only life raft out there is the one they all jumped on – the Pelosi surrender plan. So, will Americans, now that they see how desperate the terrorists are right now, let them off with negotiating as equals to us or will be now wait the terrorists out until THEY sue for peace. I say pound them until they say ‘uncle’ and promise to never use terrorism again – on pain of total annihilation if they do. Thanks Nancy – I had no idea we had pounded the terrorists so far down that you now look to be their only remaining hope. Whodathunkit!

As usuua, Terry, you don’t know hwat you’re talking about:

Three Republican congressmen who parted with President Bush by meeting with Syrian leaders said Wednesday it is important to maintain a dialogue with a country the White House says sponsors terrorism.

“I don’t care what the administration says on this. You’ve got to do what you think is in the best interest of your country,” said Rep. Frank Wolf, R-Va. “I want us to be successful in Iraq. I want us to clamp down on Hezbollah.”

Republicans who want to get re-elected in ’08 are abandoning Bush like the rotting piece of cheese he is.

pelosi is just the “queen” of special interests. Where she’s made inroads? Bush can forget about keeping the muslem voters in the GOP tent. Since they’ll hinge themselves to blacks. Who indescriminately vote for the democraps, anyway.

But politics still changes, ahead. It always does!

Heck, in 1856, with the WHIGS collapsing; and the revolving door on the white house spitting out one 4-year-termer, after another; couldn’t do much but go down with their “nativist” message. Their love for Prohibition; which doesn’t take hold until the day women get to vote. And, of course, “compromise.”

Didn’t work then. Because America was seeing a teeming arrival of immigrants. And, the Whigs offered nothing to them. Just hatred for the Irish Catholics. And, the new germans.

Lincoln wasn’t stupid. He talked about A HOUSE DIVIDED.

And, when it came to the GOP convention, in 1860; he was in 4th place. Behind Stanton. Chase. And, Bates.

The big differences? The 3 front runners hated each other. And, divided. So no one was smart enough to look at the vote totals the “other one” had; and work together.

Lincoln took advantage of this by not saying a bad word against his rivals.

Then? In the selection process, in Chicago, in 1860; what ultimately won out over personal politics, was a strong desire to PICK A WINNER.

Lincoln came into Chicago FAVORED by Mainstream America. (Keep focussed on that information). Because it may, yet, again, become critical.

You have Bush in office, because the Bush “empire” knew how to take advantage of the primaries. Where they fought for the nomination; by sticking it to McCain, in 1988, for instance. So you got the lackluster Bush #41, into office.

Bush #41’s loss to Clinton really angered Dubya. So he got Bandar’s approval to run in 2000. Wasnt’ the popular choice!

But we don’t talk about what Bush DOES. Which includes his attempt to put Harriet Miers up on the supreme-O’s bench. FAILED.

Bush also “dreams” of a terrorist state. Where Israel has to pull out of “territory.” And, at the same time, “halp” the Saudi’s “fight” iran.

I don’t think “getting there” is possible.

Just like the south of old, though. Bush has overshot his mark. And, most of the stuff passes under the radar.

While Merkel went to Abbas. And, told him straight out: Shalit gets returned FIRST. This caused Abbas to erupt in anger. Against Merkel. Where he says, now, the germans are backing the Israelis.

You wouldn’t get this “backing” if Arik Sharon did not clear out gaza.

Only think is, Dubya wanted more. Instead? Arik Sharon stroked.

And, Olmert in Israel, is about as “popular” as pelosi is here.

Did pelosi blow an opportunity? Yup. She could have repeated to Assad the same message Merkel gave Abbas. BUT SHE REFUSED TO DO SO.

    This still doesn’t “halp” Bush.

And, at some point, what Bush wants still may not reach fruition? He’s not known as a CEO who did much with the opportunities his rich dad handed to him on a silver platter?

Right now? James Baker is pushing for an $8-billion “investment” deal with the Saudis. WHere they are given our latest military technology. (This goes with the plan that Israel would then “halp” the Saudis “attack” iran.)

Lots of trains have lost their wheels. Cars have fallen off the track.

But it’s the person who can figure out how we stop staying so divided; gets to win. Ahead.

That’s why I can see Guiliani accomplishing in the primaries of February 5, 2007 … a course that bypasses Iowa, New Hampshire, and the south. The BIG ONES are coming to bat.

In the past? We allowed “small states” to have a greater voice when it came to selected nominees.

    The donks will never change.

    The GOP?

I can remember when Schwartzenegger grabbed the opportunity to run against Grey Davis. It wasn’t even his money! Someone else spent $3-million-dollars to galvanize support to take out Davis after he only had two terms, into his re-election.

I remember watching the news on TV. When someone asked a republican “who he voted for.” He said “his heart was with the conservative guy.” BUT HE WANTED TO ELECT SOMEONE WHO COULD WIN. So he voted for Schwartzenegger.

Multiply that idea. It may give us all some insight into what can happen, ahead. Because there are a lot of people now who recognize that Dubya didn’t take advantage of the opportunities that were handed to him on a silver platter.

Do you know why? Because he’s the Realtor for the House of Saud. In a neighborhood where no one wants to give him property “to sell.”

    Do the sunnis make mistakes?

Personally, I think Dubai will be like Euro-Disney. Go ahead. Build it. Lose money.

Things improve when your enemies bet wrong.

Don’t matter, martin / soothie / copperhead, they wouldn’t get my votes either.

  4. Terrye says:

No, soothie, it is you as usual who do not know what you are talking about.

The Bush administration made it plain a long time ago, when Nelson went, that they did not want House members going to Syria. They did not say it was ok for Republicans either. But Pelosi is not just a house member, she is a high ranking American official who has tried time and again to undermine the Bush administration, up to and including sending along unConstitutional supplementals. The Republicans you mentioned are stupid too, but they are not in Pelosi’s league when it comes to potential for disaster.

    And you know that.

  5. Terrye says:

I can remember a time when Democrats in general and liberals in particular bitched and moaned about how those right wingers were sucking up to the bad guys and coddling dictators etc, now it seems the tables have turned. I saw this over at Betsys:

Will Nancy Pelosi welcome this endorsement by the leader of Islamic Jihad, an organization that has worked with Hamas and Hezbollah to launch terrorist attacks in Israel?

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s visit today to Syria – in which she called for dialogue with Damascus – was “brave” and “very appreciated” and could bring about “important changes” to America’s foreign policy, including talks with “Middle East resistance groups,” according to members of terror organizations here whose top leaders live in Syria.

One terror leader, Khaled Al-Batch, a militant and spokesman for Islamic Jihad, expressed hope Pelosi would continue winning elections, explaining the House speaker’s Damascus visit demonstrated she understands the Middle East.

“Nancy Pelosi understands the area (Middle East) well, more than Bush and Dr. (Condoleeza) Rice,” said Al-Batch, speaking to WND from Gaza. “If the Democrats want to make negotiations with Syria, Hamas, and Hezbollah, this means the Democratic Party understands well what happens in this area and I think Pelosi will succeed. … I hope she wins the next elections.”

    *****************

Islamic Jihad has carried out scores of shootings and rocket attacks, and, together with the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades terror group, has taken responsibility for every suicide bombing in Israel the past two years.

I’ve said it many times. The woman is a flake. Every time she opens her mouth she shows she is a flake.

I’ll say one thing though. The bar on treason has been lowered so far that there is no such thing anymore. The idea that the speaker of the house can go to our enemies and dicker with them about foreign policy is egregious. But for her to make up such lies is even worse. She told Syria that Israel was ready for peace talks. Olmert immediately denied this. Once more she showed her flakiness. I’ll bet the idiot thought she could bring about peace in the middle east with her glorious presence alone.

  7. momdear1 says:

Is anyone else as disgusted as I am with all these broads (politicians, news reproters etc.) who are going over to those Muslim countries where women are considered worth less than animals and donning Muslim headscarfs and kow towing to those woman hating Muslim leaders? Who do they think they are kidding? If they have to adapt to the Muslim lifestyle to be accepted then what they do and say doesn’t matter as much as a hill of beans, because women are considered chattel in those societies. Next thing you know they will agree to get themselves “circumcized” so they can pretend they are making a difference in that part of the world. If the US wants to send a messenger who will get their attention we should be sending the biggest, meanest, ugliest , Rambo type we can find, not some female piece of fluff who thinks the world is going to fall down and kiss her feet.

Republicans abandoning Bush? Rasmussen has his numbers at 75% approval in the republican party. And Rasmussen does excellent polling.

Wrong again on the Bush smear. But we knew that.
