This issue is joined fast to abortion. In their eyes anything that endangers one endangers the other and as we all know abortion is the key to their platform. They cannot let ESCR go. Nor is there any discussion of the fact that all successful stem cell cures are from adult sources. But no bias here, just pure scientific reporting.
