I see that Ed Morrissey and Patrick Frey still believe that Gonzales should go. Ed believes that even if Gonzales stays (Gonzales is telling the Democrats that the burden of proof is on their part), the Democrats will still go after Karl Rove. He also believes that the Democrats will continue to keep this Gonzales issue alive.

I don't think the Democrats will keep this Gonzales issue alive (like they did with Rumsfeld) once the American Public no longer expresses an interest in this.

The Democrats have suggested several nominations that they would approve: Larry Thompson and James Comey. Larry will probably not leave his lucrative position for such a short term. And I do not want James Comey replace Gonzales. He is not a good option. Besides, why would he want to leave his lucrative position?

Newsweek reports that Bush had dug his heels in to back Gonzales. Good for Bush. Will Gonzales stay? As long as he tells the Democrats that the burden of proof is on their part, sounds like he will stay for a bit longer. He really needs to get those cases against Jefferson, Mollohan, and Menendez out and the sooner, better.

AJ

I will have to give France some credit , at least they have some of their politicians running on which is up front labeled as a socialist party.

Here we have some where it is near and dear to their heart, but the label is avoided in a sheer act of panic because they know the cost.

Hell they put their name on it as progressives.

Even my car insurance company just adopted that name.

Gotta search for another, don't wanna keep funding that bitch.
