One has to wonder at the tunnel vision that exists in the news media. When Alexander Litvinenko died last November within days the Chechen terrorists declared Litvinenko a Muslim and a Martyr to the Islamo Fascist cause. Pretty high claim for a white Russian guy living in London. You think Adam Gadahn, the American al Qaeda, will be declared a Martyr if he dies? You bet he will be. That is how us Western White guys become martyrs – we die for the Islamo Fascist causes. People need to remember Chechens fanatics are the only ones to every plant a nuclear dirty bomb in a major city. They planted one in Moscow in 1995.

Litvinenko – British Citizen – did not want to be buried in his new home; England. He did not want to be buried in his home country of Russia. He wanted to be buried in Chechnya. Too bad for him, because his body was too radioactive to be transported to the place he loved. And the Chechen leader in exile not only lives across the street from Litvinenko and is good friends with him and Berezovsky. Ahmed Zakayev, leader of terrorists, has a car polluted with – you guessed it – Po-210. Worse yet< Zakayev once said if the West stayed aligned with the current Russian government (you know, the democratically elected and highly popular one) that the West had earned a dirty bomb. Oh yes he did say this:

“I think responsibility for everything that’s happening today in Russia lies not just with the G8 but all leaders of Western countries, European countries, who one way or another have helped to strengthen and establish this criminal regime in Moscow,” Zakayev said.

“Today Europe doesn’t just get energy from there (Russia). They get polonium 210, they get the dirty bomb, they get dirty money, they get corruption, crime,” Zakayev said.

Notice how Zakayev said we got the Polonium AND the dirty bomb for our alliance with Russia? Why is it NO ONE but us lowly bloggers picked up on that “small detail”. The guy is terrorist leader and he and his terrorist sympathizing neighbor are found with nuclear material which is PERFECT for a dirty nuclear bomb all over the house, the car, their associates…

But back to Litvinenko, who was not just any old Muslim. No way. He had ties to Islamo Fascist Chechens. They were his friends. This was confirmed by Litvinenko’s own father. We knew of these ties way back last year. We learned of all these connections to terrorists from dribs and drabs in the news media who NEVER connected the dots between a Chechen Terrorist sympathizer and a dangerous nuclear material useful in nuclear bombs and nuclear dirty bombs.

Russian news media – both independent and government subsidized – are the only ones reporting on Litvinenko’s ties to terrorists. For example, you will never read in the ancient (dying) news media about Litvinenko’s attempts to KILL witnesses to his and Berezovsky’s ties to terrorists:

Former Federal Security Service officer Alexander Litvinenko who died in London of polonium-210 poisoning last year, had come to Chechnya to kill the witnesses of Boris Berezovsky’s ties with international terrorist Shamil Basayev, Russia’s Deputy Interior Minister Arkady Yedelev told reporters here on Friday.

“We have reliable information about Litvinenko’s stay in Chechnya, which he entered through Georgia. He came to remove traces of Berezovsky’s funding illegal paramilitary groups and Basayev’s contacts,” Yedelev said, adding that the former FSB officer did it on Berezovsky’s instruction.

According to the police official, the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Federal Security Service, while investigating the criminal cases over the attack on Dagestan and terrorist attacks in Volgodonsk, Moscow, Buinaksk and the Stavropol territory, obtained evidence of Berezovsky’s funding Basayev’s gangs.

“Witnesses have been identified, who directly testified that several million roubles passed by Berezovsky to Basayev for remodeling a plant, never came to the plant, but were spent on weapons. Litvinenko then came to remove the witnesses but failed,” Yedelev underlined.

Berezovsky’s support for the Chechan terrorists – who went into a Beslem school and killed little children – is not a big secret. It is just ignored by the news media who cannot be bothered by this kind of dirty little detail. It’s as if Berezovsky was supporting al Qaeda in Iraq – not much of a difference. According to Lugovoi and Kovtun Litvinenko flew to Georgia and Turkey recently to meet with terrorists. I only saw this part of the press conference in one news article over the first few days. It was if no one cared about Litvinenko possibly being the UK’s version of Adam Gadahn.

But the fact is Berezovsky has TWICE called for the violent overthrow of Putin’s government. Why? Because Putin is popular and the democratic process is sure to elect his protege’.

So why is the UK media so complicit in all this? They back the Chechen butchers. You got that right. The UK media – being the liberals they are – support the people who raided a school and killed children to make a political statement. They support people who gassed a movie theatre full of people in Moscow. They back people who bombed three apartment buildings in 1999 making Russia the first to experience a 9-11 class attack by Islamo Fascists. And the Chechens, as I noted, are the only terrorists to plant a dirty nuclear bomb. In fact as far as I know they are the only ones to build and deploy such a weapon against people. So how do I know the UK media prefers these animals over the duly elected President of Russia. I read their tripe.

Another myth particularly favoured by Putin is that the Chechens are part of the international Islamic jihad against the industrialised north. Here Wood’s analysis is particularly useful. He traces the origins of Islam in the Caucasus and explains its complex structure. While there has been a shift towards fundamentalist beliefs during the conflict, this is mainly an internal development rather than due to the influence of al-Qaida. Some Arab Islamists have joined local resistance fighters, and there is little doubt that the move to using suicide as weapon, as in the appalling Dubrovka theatre and Beslan episodes, comes from outside Chechnya. But the more cruelties there are against the Chechens, the more desperate has been the response.

In summary, these idiots believe the Chechens were in the right to kill kids in a school. I said it before and I will say it again. The US missed the message of al Qaeda when the World Trade Center was attacked in 1993. We treated it as a law enforcement issue and bungled the big picture. We also were asleep and not thinking after two embassy bombings in Africa, the bombing of the Cole off Yemen, and numerous other attacks. We missed the message of the millenium bomb plot that was accidentally thwarted because someone was paying attention at the border. We were ostriches and we all let 9-11 happen because we avoided looking at what was right in front of us.

The UK is doing the exact same thing. We have people who have openly called for the violent overthrow of Russia and who have been supporting terrorists with traces of nuclear material all over them. One man died because of repeated exposure – exposure that could have been as far back as the summer of 2006!. Berezovsky and Litvinenko played the UK so they could pretend to be helping (it seems the contacts with MI6 are true – as Lugovoi said) so they could run their little operation without suspicion. My fear is the UK is now not willing to admit they were taking in so badly. I know Europeans – they cannot admit making mistakes. It is their one great weakness. They should be checking all these angles out to prove they did not make a mistake. But I bet they know what they would find – which is why they are avoiding what is staring them righ in the face.
