Immigration Bill Cloture Vote Tally

Published by at 9:31 am under All General Discussions,Illegal Immigration

Apparently the Immigration Bill is within striking distance of passing the Cloture vote of 60. One estimate has the opposition now at 32 votes (with enough undecideds to make this interesting). The panicky amnesty hypochondriacs are going to be in full froth until the vote at 11:30 or so this morning. They can’t wait to leave all those illegal immigrants in the underground economy, not paying their way. And they will be allowing around 1 million convicted criminals to stay in this country because they want more blood out of the nannies and cooks and field hands. We shall see soon if they can sustain this nightmare they apparently want so much.

The vote today is not for cloture, it is to bring the bill back to the floor.
