GOP Meltdown

Published by at 12:41 pm under All General Discussions,Illegal Immigration

I was not going to do this again, go into the fevered swamps of the Amnesty Hypochondriacs and expose some of the anger that is destroying the GOP. But of course it is necessary to expose what too many who oppose the immigration bill believe about America and Americans on this subject:

Post the list of traitors.

We’ll pull together the list of their corporate sponsors (because I can’t think of who else pushed them to vote for it) and start a boycott.

get the roll call.

Let’s crack some heads.

And with that, I leave the GOP.
Goodbye, guys.

This Is Fargin’ War!

Can you say United States of Mexico! Courtesy of our RINOS and RATS! I saw the soccer game between the USA and Mexico from Chicago and the stadium was filled with folk loyal to the RED, WHITE and GREEN…chants for Mexico drowned the USA chants…imagine that in our own land….USM!

Treason.

Prez. Bush needs horse-whipping.

It goes on for pages and pages. The Amnesty Hypochondriacs failed to convince enough people that their scary fantasies were legitimate. Only 24 out of 49 GOP voted to kill the bill. As I have been saying, the GOP is split on this issue. But the far right is clearly unhinged and more than willing to attack anyone and everyone who disagrees with them. They are a 25% minority who like to pretend the are 75%. Clearly they are not. Or else the vote (and the polls) would show the opposite of what they did.

Well since you brought it up, I’d certainly put Sen Spector in the RINO category, he has no traditional beliefs of Repubs.

You clearly are, you say you believe this and that, repub traditions, but then every thing you say is contrary to that.

I may even be a rino, I certainly don’t support everything repubs are for. But most. I am conservative and support conservative issues, no matter which side brings them up.
Conservatives would never consider amnesty for 12 million illegals, including implanted terrorists, such as this present bill.

There are equally as many DINO’s as RINO’S , after all, to vote in primarys generally you have to be a member of one or other of the two parties.

    Dale,

You are free to leave anytime. In fact, let me help you out the door.

Let\’s just some up – your upset I don\’t agree with you and therefore feel free to insult me. Hmm. Brilliant.

Dale – this will be the last comment I ever right to you. Enjoy your life as a holier than thou.

  3. retire05 says:

Terrye, since you chose not to post a link for your percentages, I have to ask; if 47% of farm workers and 30% of restraurant workers are illegals (no, they are not undocumented as they all have plenty of documentation, it is just stolen from a legal American), who makes up the other 53% of farm workers and 70% of restraurant workers? Martians?
So it seems that those jobs ARE filled by Americans you and your ilk claim won’t take them.
But you continue to use the carnards: food would rot in the fields. Never mind the tomato farmers said the same thing in the ’60’s. But I can promise you, it wasn’t an illegal that invented the tomato harvester. Now tomatos are cheaper than ever; tax paying businesses would close but nevermind that those businesses must stay competitive to remain open and the fair market system will weed out the rest; neighborhoods would be depopulated but you obviously don’t live in one of those neighborhoods or you would see that perhaps they should be bulldozed down and a sports stadium built in their place. Those neighborhoods are havens for drugs, crimes and gangs but you think they are worth keeping. Just can’t stray too far from your liberal beginnings, can you?
I don’t expect you to address the claims you made. That is not your M.O. You are like the drive-by media that makes claims then runs from the subject.

  4. For Enforcement says:

Damn Dale, I started out reading that then scrolled down quickly to see who had written it. Was surprised when I saw it was you, but after reading it all, I realized you had done all those things so it was appropriate that you apologize.

    Very good satire.

  5. DaleinAtlanta says:

LE: didn’t do me any good, I think I’ve been banned!

    Oh well!

  6. For Enforcement says:

no, if you are banned, you can’t post.
Besides, you haven’t committed any banning offenses that I’ve seen, Centerofthebunghole has but he’s still around.

  7. Jake70 says:

Want to end this? Admit the opposition crossed the line and over reacted and should not have gone as far as they did. Promise to act respectfully and respect the results of the process. Short of the mea culpa and the promise not to burn the conservative house down again in a fit of angst this battle continues.Who specifically needs to apologize for you to be happy enough for this “battle” to be over? You and your buddies like to make generalizations about “the right” as if it is some sort of monolith.

  8. For Enforcement says:

Besides, your writing is too good, you’re an asset to the site.

I mean really contrast your writing to say,,,,,, Terrye.

she’s strictly drive by, never, ever supports anything she says. Basically just sucks up to AJ on whatever he says and can’t even say why. Just the old me too, me too, song and dance.

  9. SallyVee says:

Dale, don’t let the door hit you in the ass.

A.J. and Aitch – good stuff today. You both speak for me. I’m trying to hide knowing what kind of debris and toxic waste will be floating around in cyber space today.

A.J., you should take a look at the Townhall blog that Aitch referenced. Harold Hutchison alerted us to it. Pretty vile stuff, in somewhat of a class by itself… although I would not be surprised to see more of this type of thing as the rhetoric continues to intensify over the long hot summer. See:

  10. Jake70 says:

Thanks for pointing me to this, Sally. I’m going to now support this immigration bill. It’s been made obvious that if you oppose it, you want Johnny Sutton dead.

  11. For Enforcement says:

or SallyVee, she has nothing to say either. see just above for example of her me too, me too song and dance.

  12. For Enforcement says:

Wow, yea Jake, I see what you mean…… so pretty vile people there

    where do we sign up?

  13. DaleinAtlanta says:

AJ: okay, you won’t write back to me, I’m sorry.

Upset AJ; no, I’m not upset at all!

    Perplexed AJ, just perplexed!

Actually, I use the word “sorry” about as often as Bill Clinton passes on an available Intern.

It’s a word that is used, and abused, by our constantly guilty society; ergo I believe in using it, when it only has meaning!

Therefore, when I say it vis a vis you, AJ, I’m serious, and it means something to me.

I’m Sorry, but not for the reasons you may think.

I’m sorry that for a person like you, as I’ve said before, that I haven’t met, and have had only limited interaction with, but as a person who I respect, and who’s Blog I respect, and I respect your opinions, that you’ve acted like this, on this topic.

So, upset, No; Perplexed, yes, as I’ve said for weeks, and still am!

No perplexed nor sorry because we disagree AJ; I’ve been around a long time, I disagree with many people, including my parents, my brothers, my wife, on many topics!

It has nothing to do with your “belief” AJ, nor your support of this Bill, though I don’t support it like you!

No AJ, I’m sorry, and perplexed because of the way you’ve acted, and the way you’ve used your bullypulpit to get your message across on this topic.

Again, I don’t “know” you AJ; but there is no doubt, you are a “good” guy; you have a good heart, your head and heart are in the right place; you try to be a good citizen, and you provide a service with your Blog.

I’ve perused dozens of Blogs over the last couple of years; and out of the several dozen that I’ve read, since I “discovered” yours, via a link on CQ, I’ve put you at the top, as the ONE Blog that I read every day, and try to comment on, every day.

I’ve put you above CQ, Powerline, Malkin, LGF, Doug Farrah, 4th Rail, Mac Rangers, JOM, RWNH, etc.

    YOU AJ; your Blog!

There was, and is a reason for that! I like what you write, and I respect your opinions.

I don’t even care, that you and I don’t agree on the Immigration Bill!

But from the first post I made on this topic, that wasn’t agreeing with you, I could tell you were upset, that I DIDN’T agree with you AJ!

Heck AJ, we’re Adults, we’re not going to agree on everything.

But that isn’t it AJ; you’re upset that I, and others of your loyal readers even disagree with you; and that has explained your behaviour over the past couple of weeks on this issue.

The more we’ve disagreed, the more you’ve gone out of your way, to PROVE us wrong, instead of just Discussing it! Answering questions, or whatever!

It’s not that we diagreed with you that matters; others can back this up; it’s been the way YOU’VE disagreed with Us!

That’s why I wrote that sarcastic piece above AJ; NOT to “insult” you, because that’s the way you’ve taken, from the very beginning, Any one who disagrees with you; not to insult you, but just to point out the way you’ve acted throughout this whole issue!

Disagree, dissent, whatever AJ; that’s not the point that I, and others have been trying to point out for weeks; it’s the WAY you “diagree” AJ; you attack us, and do those things I listed above!

That’s not an “insult” AJ; that’s the way it is.

And for that, I AM “sorry”.

    I like you!

    I like your Blog!

    I respect your Opinion.

I’ve been Perplexed by your behaviour!

Just remember AJ, “That sting in any Rebuke, is the truth!”

If you’re upset with me AJ, for telling you the truth, I’m sorry!

If you’re upset with me AJ, for disagreeing with you, I’m sorry!

If you’re upset with me AJ, for pointing out how you’ve been acting for the past couple of week, I’m sorry!

If you ban me AJ; I’m sorry!

If you never address me personally again, I’m sorry, but I have no control over that, but I think it’s a wrong decision.

If you think I insulted you AJ, I’m sorry; but I did it on purpose, as a lesson of “tough love”!

It’s your Blog AJ, obviously, you can post, and say what you want, and set whatever you want.

But we, a certain segment of your “loyal readers”, didn’t think that just because we disagree with you on this topic, that you had to attack us, and call us names, and then when we questioned you on it, watch you use the bullypulpit and ruler, to smack us continuously on the knuckles, just to remind us you are in charge!

Disagree, dissent, do whatever you wish AJ; it’s not that; it’s the WAY you’ve done it, that has gotten people’s attention!

Anyway, I wish you well, and I will continue to read your Blog, at a minimum, regardless of whatever happens.

  14. SallyVee says:

I do not feel a compulsive need to repeat things when A.J. or someone else has written something with which I agree.

It’s hard not to notice which side of the “debate” the mean people are on… the types with a compulsive need to vomit their dark views of America on the Precipice all over every passing stranger, while insisting that unless every book length comment they write isn’t deconstructed point-by-point… well then those who disagree are just stupid. But the funny thing is, if those types are soooooo right about everything, why do they need or want ignorant people like me in their Amen corner? I’m just another Amnesty-loving Open-borders moonbat traitor taking marching orders from Jorge Arbusto, right? I must be, because they’ve told me as much so many times!

  15. DaleinAtlanta says:

Dale, don’t let the door hit you in the ass.

SallyVee: I don’t know you, I don’t care to know you; I’ve never addressed you before on this Blog, I won’t again.

We’ve never had any interaction, and other than the fact that I disagree with AJ on certain aspects of this Immigration Bill, I’ve never done anything to you, personally, for you to say the above, EXCEPT because I disagree with AJ on certain aspects of this bill!

Thus, your comment above, actually betrays more about YOUR personality, and your sychophantic behaviour, than it does about me!

  16. DaleinAtlanta says:

“I’m just another Amnesty-loving Open-borders moonbat traitor taking marching orders from Jorge Arbusto, right?”

    Paranoid much, by the way?

I DARE you to provide ONE LINK from this Blog, where ANYONE has EVER said that, or anything CLOSE to that, about you!

    I DARE YOU!

  17. SallyVee says:

Dale: I think you were waaaaay out of line earlier and I was indicating that I would not miss your bizarre antics. No, you’ve never done anything to me except annoy me. But your hysterical outburst against A.J. was, to repeat: way out of line. You should drop it now.

  18. For Enforcement says:

Dale, well said. It is the name calling that’s so surprising. I haven’t heard you call one name (except Ken, in his two manifestations bunghole and soothie) few others call names. So for AJ to be the one leading the name calling charge is absolutely amazing, then his chirpers, Terrye, crosspatch, Sallyvee and a few others jumped on board. That’s why I didn’t comment for about two weeks at one point, and said it at the time, that the name calling was just getting too shrill. If immigration could just be treated as all other subjects, take the personal agenda out, and discuss rationally.

  19. apache_ip says:

Okay RO5, Apache, Dale, ya’ll all willing to admit our opposition crossed the line and over reacted? I am.

Yes, I will concede that our opposition crossed the line. I will also concede that they were the first to go gutter.

    Happy now? 😉

  20. For Enforcement says:

    Sallyvee you said to Dale:

Dale: I think you were waaaaay out of line earlier and I was indicating that I would not miss your bizarre antics. But your hysterical outburst against A.J. was, to repeat: way out of line.

You didn’t say what he was out of line about, I didn’t see it.    And what hysterical outburst?  The only hysteria I’ve seen is like this, and you said:

I do not feel a compulsive need to repeat things when A.J. or someone else has written something with which I agree. It’s hard not to notice which side of the “debate” the mean people are on… the types with a compulsive need to vomit their dark views of America on the Precipice all over every passing stranger, while insisting that unless every book length comment they write isn’t deconstructed point-by-point… well then those who disagree are just stupid

no compulsive need to repeat things AJ says?  hmmmmm.

And who, on this site are the ‘mean people’ ?   who ‘vomits’ their dark views of America?

I guess if I were to lift quotes of people talking gloom and doom  it would be the supporters of the bill talking about how bad it’s gonna be if the bill doesn’t pass.

You SallyVee are guily of name calling and hysteria.   you are the doom sayer.    you are the ‘me too, me too, er

When you’re pointing fingers, you should be pointing them straight into a mirror.
