Murtha has forgotten one of the basic principles of the Constitution. <b>Innocent until proven guilty.</b> Originally 4 enlisted Marines were charged with the deaths of Iraq civilians, and 4 officers were charged with failure to investigate. Congressman Murtha owes all 8 apologies, but especially to the 2 enlisted and 1 officer for whom all charges have been dropped. As a Marine, as a Member of Congress and as an American, John P.
