If this can be reversed and roll models for other students can be formed , not with super star CEO's of color, but gainfully employed skilled workers and middle managers who have achieved blue collar or white collar success and show by example that accepting personal responsibility to succeed and family unit stability are better than what is offered by the 'I'm cool and better than you' wrong examples to follow. Democrats have used the black vote for years. They counted on it, and yet they never seemed to think they would have to deal with a serious African American contender. Republicans have used the social conservative vote, they courted it and counted on it and took it for granted as well. They never thought they would have to deal with a serious Evangelical contender.
