Sheehan & Co. Stealing The Dead
This is getting truly repulsive, and it seems the silent majority of families who have lost brave family members in our war on terror are starting to stand up and take back the memory of their fallen loved ones.
Qualls’ frustration with the anti-war demonstrators erupted last week when he removed a cross bearing his son’s name that was among hundreds the group had put up along the road to Bush’s ranch.
Qualls called the protesters’ views disrespectful to soldiers, and said he had to yank out two more crosses after protesters kept replacing them.
Only Sheehan and her radical leftwing followers could try and steal the dead of other families, to overwrite what they stood for, fought for and died for. Only the radical left would be so naively arrogant to assume they could do to the dead what John Kerry tried to do to the living 30 years ago when he desicrated the actions of all the people fighting in Vietnam by making up war crimes they supposedly committed.
Now Sheehan & Co. are trying to paint all those who believed in what we are doing in Iraq and make them out to be dupes who wasted their lives for oil. She can try and disparage her own son’e memory if she wishes, but using the names of fallen heroes from other families has got to stop. That is just down right heartless.
And the backlash is coming:
A Utah television station is refusing to air an anti-war ad featuring Cindy Sheehan, whose son’s death in Iraq prompted a vigil outside President George W. Bush’s Texas ranch.
Also, a patriotic camp with a “God Bless Our President!” banner sprung up in downtown Crawford, Texas Saturday, countering the anti-war demonstration started by Sheehan. The camp is named “Fort Qualls,” in memory of Marine Lance Cpl. Louis Wayne Qualls, 20, who died in Iraq last fall.
It will increase, and be focused on the democrats – who are the home of the anti-war left. Cindy Sheehan has worn out her welcome with America. The liberal MSM may not be able to get enough of her, but the rest of us have.
