Obama Is Trying To Be Sooo Macho-Man, But America Doesn’t Want Someone With A Short, Violent Fuse

Obama is green and naive. Has never had to actually run a competitive race. When he won his state senate seat he knee-capped a respected liberal woman icon and had all other contenders tossed off the ballot. Obama ran unopposed. When he won his US Senate seat partisan judges went and opened up the divorce files of his rivals, and he ran unopposed (the challenge by Alan Keyes, at the time a MD resident, was a joke).

But now he has had to face real opposition. And this is a national race, which is like nothing he has had to deal with before. You can see his frustration and anger boiling over as he finds himself out of his league, in over his head. Today the fool comes out promising all out war with McCain (even though McCain is not the one spreading nasty rumors, many came from Hillary supporters like Larry Johnson!):

Barack Obama is warning supporters that the general election fight between him and John McCain may get ugly, but the Illinois senator is vowing not to back down.

If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun,” Obama said at a fundraiser in Philadelphia Friday, according to pool reports.

We don’t have a choice but to win,” Obama said, joking that he has heard “folks in Philly like a good brawl. I’ve seen Eagles games.”

Emphasis mine. Barack is acting more like a young teenage boy on hormones than a statesman. This is so wrong on so many levels it is embarrassing to watch. What, is Obama going to try and punch McCain in the nose now?

Barack has no stature against a fighter pilot who spent years being tortured as a prisoner of war. Barack bowls like a girl, yet he wants to pretend that somehow he is equal to a man who fought in Vietnam and risked his life for his country.

Now think about this. He wants to lead a war weary America, who wants out of Iraq. Then why try and start a fight? Why act like you are going to shoot and kill your POLITICAL opponents. Those Hillary supporters who were repulsed by the ugly, verbally violent and threatening nature of the Obama campaign were probably right. And we now see how the rot starts at the top, with an insecure candidate trying to be so macho and bad ass!

Well America doesn’t want more fighting. America is tired of the hyperbole and the verbal attacks and the inability to respect diverse opinions from both sides of the aisle. America doesn’t want fights at sporting events. America is not asking for a civil war.

Senator Obama: It is not “win at all costs”, because all costs means winning like al-Qaeda – through threats and violence. You don’t have to do stoop to any means required to win – you need to lead to win.

Obama is such an inexperienced candidate it is stunning. And now he looks younger and dumber than ever before. Want to have a fight Senator? Why not fight our enemies trying to kill us? The man wants to run away from Iraq, but get in a brawl with John McCain. Ugh, what will the junior Senator for Illinois come up with next? Probably more threats. You know, if this hits You Tube…

Update: For all those inane liberals who think its OK to equate the GOP to the Mob and Al Capone because Obama references a movie line I have a message: Grow up and get real. The GOP is not the mob. You want change in the gutter politics? Get out of the gutter. This is not ‘change’, it is the same old crap from DC we have seen for decades.

All due respect AJ but respecting democrat opinions has gotten the Republican party a minority in both houses of congress and a president with some of the lowest approval ratings ever even though he has done a remarkable job.

One thing the Dems know how to do is fight like an alley cat because to them the ends do indeed justify the means! Part of the communist manifesto!

The Dems ideas and management suck but the American people will never know it unless the useless Republicans get their act together and expose some ideas LONG AND LOUD. Like drilling for oil in the US, building nuclear plants and refineries and becoming truely energy independent.

I’m not saying crawl into the gutter, but for Gods’ sake show the American people some ideas that will work and that you have spine enough to call a global baloney spade a spade. Unfortunately I believe McCain is on the wrong side of both those issues.

So whomever gets elected the American public looses and will be paying dearly for gasoline and many other commodities for a good long while.

I only wish W. would issue an executive order to drill, build and refine, a mission on the magnatude of space exploration or the moon walk is called for but hell W. won’t even go before the American people and stand up for himself or his party.

I’m waiting for Obama to throw a full-fledged tantrum or a punch.

And since Obama has so clearly stated the gage of battle, it’s time for McCain to trade the eider-down pillow he’s using in this rhetorical pillow-fight for a pillowcase full of nails. Which I suspect he will do before the end.

I might not agree with McCain on all the issues, but he is in line with the majority on most issues, including global warming. I think it is debatable at the very least, but most people don’t. And I would rather see someone who is not a complete idiot making those kinds of policies. And Obama is a lot more aggressive when it comes to government infringement on the market place…whether it be environmentalism or trade or health care or just about anything else.

I think what AJ is referring to here is temperment. Obama promised that he was a reach across the aisle kind of guy. He promised a new kind of politics and here he is talking about a knife fight. I know he is supposed to be defending his wife’s honor or something, but he needs to be going after Hillary’s people on this, not McCain.

    Terrye:

Being in line with the majority is no badge of honor when the majority is seriously and dangerously wrong. That is not the quality or definition of a leader but of a followerer, a panderer ,and a lemming ready to follow the rest off the cliff.

And I don’t doubt for a minute both Barack Hussein Obama and John McCain are both that which you so aptly describe.

Global warming resulting from manmade co2 gasses and manmade climate change are false tools of the leftist environmentalists designed to tax and regulate you and I back into the horse and buggy days while creating unimaginable riches for its proponents and dividing up our income to distribute as they see fit.

Its’ been debunked by many scientists, by the global cooling cycle and is only proplogated by idiots, socialists and their supporters in the mainstream media.

I’m frankly tired of watching the Repuplican party reach across the isle, to enbrase failed and false policies (McCain/Feingold) only to be knifed in the back.

AJ, I dig your short, violent response. It is perfect, and right from the gut.

Oh!Bama! is the green candidate for sure.

Obama has been spending too much time with the college kids. How else could he think his speech was presidential. No wonder he doesn’t want to debate, he would rather throw out negative diatribe hoping something will stick. People are really going to vote for this clown?

  8. VinceP1974 says:

Lets see what the media does with this story.

The mere hint of RFK assassination sent them like locusts against Hillary.. lets see what this very obvious reference to shooting someone dead provokes.

    I bet nothing.

  9. MerlinOS2 says:

The only election that Obama has run in when he had real opposition he lost. That was his House of Representative race against Bobby Rush the co founder of the Illinois Black Panthers. Oddly he lost because he was cast during that race as ‘not black enough’.

  10. MerlinOS2 says:

Mr Macho who was for the longest time afraid to go on Fox News. Now the McCain camp via Fox is saying that Obama has more preconditions for a debate with McCain than for negotiations with ImaDamNutJob.

With friends like this who needs enemies ..

Ayham Alsammarae, Iraq’s slimy ex-Minister of Electricity under the Bremer and Allawi administrations, who had escaped from an Iraqi prison by hiring an American security company to break him out back in December 2006, has resurfaced in the Jordanian capital Amman where he gave a press conference today saying, among other things, that he hoped that the insurgency in Iraq “would continue [against U.S. occupation] and avenges the Iraqi people.”
Alsammarae, an Iraqi-American Chicagoan, added during remarks carried by Radio Sawa (Arabic link) that he had contributed the maximum allowable of $2,300 to Barack Obama’s campaign. But there’s another Obama link to Alsammarae: while serving as electricity minister Alsammarae had been involved in brokering deals in the Iraqi electricity sector for Antoin Rezko, Obama’s long-term friend and patron. Rezko is the Syrian-American hustler who was convicted of fraud in an Illinois court on the day that Obama secured the Democratic nomination.

Woof. Now we know where Obama will get his gun.
