For years they screamed about the earth turning into an ice ball. More recently the clarion call has been holes in the ozone layer, anthropogenic carbon gluts and the planet "having a fever". Global warming, in other words. Now that the data on global warming and the dire predictions are beginning to look like so much foolishness, the eco-nuts are trying to change the subject by glomming on to "climate change" which is, of course, a much more nebulous thing to pin down since it covers all variations in climate everywhere.
