Let’s See The “Prompter-Kid” Obama Speak Without His Prompter!
There is a God and She/He has an enormous sense of humor. Â It will go down in political legend as to how Sarah Palin put in a historic performance last night, even with a busted tele-prompter!
According to sources close to the McCain campaign, the teleprompter continued scrolling during applause breaks. As a result, half way through the speech, the speech had scrolled significantly from where Governor Palin was in the speech. The malfunction also occurred during Rudy Giuliani’s speech, explaining his significant deviations from his speech.
Unfazed, Governor Palin continued, from memory, to deliver her speech without the teleprompter cued to the appropriate point in her speech.
The Prompter Kid vs The Barracuda. Shouldn’t it be some kind of a minimal qualification for President to able to speak coherently and with conviction with out any aides? Â No wonder the left is in full panic mode.Â
I do not know politics that well, but I have been complemeted on some speeches that I have given. I did best when I really knew what I wanted to say, but did not have it written out. A few ideas written in order, but these were not needed much. This allowed me to be able to use a conversational tone. It appeared to me that she was doing this last night, and I did not know about the broken tele-prompter. Good for her. I would expect this quality to enable her to do well in any debates.
Who broke the teleprompter???? Something doesn’t smell right about this.
