“The Barracuda” Trounces “The Old White Guy”

Want to know who America wants for VP? Well someone was kind enough to do a poll and it turns out Americans want Palin over Biden by 10 points!

In a hypothetical separate vote just for vice president, Alaska Governor Palin beat Senator Biden, the head of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, by 53 percent to 44 percent, the survey showed.

When Biden was picked by Obama I was scratching my head wondering why Obama went to the dusty ‘old white guy’ bin in the US Senate for a partner. When McCain selected Governor Palin I was sure America would find her selection (being one of us normal Americans who are simply unqualified to enter the temple of the Political Industrial Complex in DC and NY). Seems I was on the right track given this poll.

A 10 point lead in America today is a serious drubbing, and I am still of the belief we are only seeing the beginning of the Palin phenomena play out.

Just a mention…….I suggested Palin a month ago, as a great pick.

Yes you did Kathie! And thankfully you were right.

Thursday interview Charles Gibson ABC… I predict 45,000,000 audience… If our Sarah does well on that show, game over.

How fun that the Dem Presidential candidate has to run against our VICE Presidential candidate… 🙂

OK… I admit it… We Alaskans wanted our Sarah to ourselves a few more years… Seriously, they are correct that her resume is thin … But our Sarah is very very smart… I was not happy that she kept giving the same speech this week… Dems seized on that small point… Does not matter… one on one interview performance [? wrong word] and debate will be crucial…

    Hehe… poor Joe…Says our Sarah is a backwards step for women… http://hotair.com/archives/2008/09/09/biden-palin-becoming-vp-would-be-a-step-back-for-women/

Bill Gates’ and Sam Walton both had thin resumes when they got started too.

We all know how they turned out.

I am keeping the Dear Mr. Obama post at the top and shooting for two million views… Remembered and quoted a small snippet from Battlecry [1953 Leon Uris] where Huxley turns his battalion around after a 60 miles “hike”…

I love that book and I always take about an hour to get through the last few pages…You know…one of those books you do not to end… [and other reasons]

I believe I opted for Palin on this site awhile ago as well. I was surprised but elated that McCain proved his ‘maverick’ label by selecting her! This will be fun. The out-of-touch MSM will have so lost their credibility that it is unlikely they will be able to ‘smear’ the new administration like they have digracefully done to GWB. History will record the demise of the MSM. Not too soon for my taste!

Biden is a nothing draw for the ticket. In the primary he only drew 68K votes , even counting Florida after he withdrew.

I am beginning to think the Dems already knew this was lost from inside polling and data and Joe drew the short straw.

Look at how many Dems before Joe said VP, who me?

I was like the thanks but no thanks of the week contest.

This is among people who would leave golf cleat tracks up each others backs getting there under any other conditions.
