UK: Ecoterrorism Is Lawful

Published by at 7:08 am under All General Discussions

Want to see an example of a modern day people being brain washed by propaganda? Just look over to the UK (and EU by extension) and see how the myth of Global Warming (now that we are in our tenth year with flat or cooling global temperatures) has panicked citizens to the point they are dismissing unlawful acts:

The threat of global warming is so great that campaigners were justified in causing more than £35,000 worth of damage to a coal-fired power station, a jury decided yesterday. In a verdict that will have shocked ministers and energy companies the jury at Maidstone Crown Court cleared six Greenpeace activists of criminal damage.

Jurors accepted defence arguments that the six had a “lawful excuse” to damage property at Kingsnorth power station in Kent to prevent even greater damage caused by climate change. The defence of “lawful excuse” under the Criminal Damage Act 1971 allows damage to be caused to property to prevent even greater damage – such as breaking down the door of a burning house to tackle a fire.

When governments allow unreasonable panic to set in and the mob rule to take over the rule of law – even in the slow motion case of a trial like this – they have lost control. So when someone kills someone else in the name of Global Warming, will they get off with a stiff warning? It is not that far fetched.

What about killing or bombing to stop a war? These people are running lose looking for pre-crimes that would make them the savior of the world! Sounds almost like JIhad.

    I saw that.
Let me comment as I work over there, though born in Illinois.
There are a lot of stories emerging over there. The government
of James (Gordon) Brown is in fatal collapse.

When Tony Blair aided Americans, the leftys of the UK went NUTS.
Tony Blair’s government is a leftist government. They demanded his
head and eventually they got it. In a bloodless coup, Tony Blair stood down
and James G. Brown replaced him.

It’s a signature lesson about electing the left. In less than a year,
the government went from a 10 point lead (over the Conservatives)
to a 20 point trailing position. In living memory, no UK government has
achieved a 30 point swing in a year.

Obviously, this ruling will need to be legislated against. Painting
a slogan on a smokestack is one thing, but blowing up a motorway
bridge, using the same “global worming” argument cannot be tolerated.
This present government is a dead man walking, and will not be
able to do anything, but from what I can see, no longer represents the
    will of the British people.

Other totally stupid decisions of late were to agree to use binding
Sharia courts to allow muslims to settle disputes (does that also apply
to disputes with non-muslims?) and various complete kowtowing to
the human rights brigade, even to the extent that they cannot
extradite Bin Laden’s main man in Europe, Abu Qatada, to Jordan,
who have valid arrest warrants for him, in case he might be tortured.

My point is that this government is going to be kicked out of office
as soundly as any government has been by 2010 at the latest.
It is a tragedy – this ruling. Some may die because of it. If the USA
elects BHO, these things will come to us, also.

The sad part is that it Dr. Hansen of GISS whose testimony was pivotal in that verdict. NASA needs to fire that idiot.
