Kos Is Kuckoo
You want to know how completely out of touch the left is? We have a disaster in Lousianna, Mississippi and Alabama which unfortunately occured nearly four years to the day after our last massive national tragedy. And the political ghouls on the left have this as their call to America: [hat tip Redstate]
Time to cancel the 9/11 propaganda event
by kos
It is not a ‘propoganda event’. It is a memorial. It is an attempt to remember, heal and move forward with life, not wallow in bitterness like the left does. The left wants to start a civil war over the tragedy that is Katrina. They see a political window of opportunity in all the death and destruction that they cannot pass up. They are so power mad, like Gollum chasing his ‘precious’, they cannot resist the opportunity – no matter how repulsive.
We have hundreds of thousands of homeless and displaced, we have a major city under water, we have entire towns wiped off the face of the earth, we have likely thousands dead, disease may break out at any point, a massive cleanup and reconstruction project must be planned and executed
And your response, Kos, was to politicize this tragedy? Listen to your minions who reflect well on your cause and your heart. They are your alter ego, your comerades, your pool of wishful thoughts…
They are you – on the other side of that computer screen from which you dribble out your poison. Let me provide you a mirror, so you can see yourself more clearly:
Bush is way beyond merely incompetent, he has actively worked to ruin our country for over five years. Stop him now while we have some shreds of our constitution remaining!
The whole “Patriot Day” parade reminds me of the state sponsored “people’s marches” that Castro and the Soviet Union have. Just one more example of the tin-horn dictatorship run amok.
…
I so wish Bush was not president. As I said yesterday, he’s horribly incompetent, the worst president ever. If I shut my eyes and think hard enough, I can picture Gore or Kerry in charge. I can see a Democratic administration…Cheney is no longer the veep…Edwards is touring the Gulf Coast, pledging that the administration will do all it can to relieve those who Katrina has victimized
…
I can’t think of anything more distasteful than to have a “freedom” march while people are staggering to their death on the freeway in Louisiana. [why is honoring the memory of 3,000 loved ones lost distasteful? – ajstrata]
…
If we can finally convince the great mass of Americans that Bush and his cohorts are responsible for the lack of preparation for Katrina, and the miserably slow and inadequate response, maybe they’ll rise up to toss his party out of office in 2006, then Impeach Bush in early 2007
…
By that time we will still be looking for bodies in N.O. and the city will still be under water (the pumps, all working, can only drop the water 12in in a day, there is no way to get electricity to the pumps, and they are broken.) They do this and we win in 2006. [reminds me of a vulture seeing dinner – ajstrata]
…
Americans may finally be ready to face the truth: This country has been taken over by a rad-con cabal of ruthless, greedy criminals, led by Bush.Wake up America! Impeach Bush and start the rebuilding process.
…
Is there a war going on too? I thought everything was going a-ok!So, people are dying, and leave it to these morons to have a f***ing party.
Honestly, I hope I wake up from this nightmare before I start to think it’s real.
…
for them to go ahead with this, both in terms of the insult to humanity, and for them politically. (Of course if we could get the latter without the former, it would be ideal.)
…
No, it’s so they can make sure that the crowd is full of Stepford Bush Supporters. And nowhere is heard a discouraging word, and the skies are not cloudy all day.
…
Was that part new to anybody else?A ‘Freedom Walk’ on ‘Patriot Day.’ Pardon me while I vomit in my ‘Liberty Mouth.’
And then reality struck when one poster commented on the far left party apparatus, which is not supporting the President in dealing with this disaster, but feeding these sad conspiracy nuts with vile lies
I received a call from the People for the American Way asking for a donation yesterday. I told them I was disabled and any money that I donate will go to the hurricane victims. They kept insisting on my going on a monthly plan. After refusing, they wanted to send me information. This sucks and why can’t they take no for an answer? Not the way I want to see liberals acting.
We all wish liberals could act like serious, mature and caring adults. It is things like this during a national tragedy that makes us all shake our head in disgust.
[…] When Suzanne Malveaux, also of CNN, tries to claim there was no help coming form the feds to George Bush Sr, and Bill Clinton jumps in to set things straight I though maybe the left would tak a cue from Bill. But then Kuckoo Kos tried to call off the memorial activities for 9-11, Randi Rhodes libelously claimed Bush did not care for poor, black democrats, and some rapper uses a telethon for raising money to claim Bush doesn’t care about blacks.
