The contention of the plaintiffs was that Citibank was discriminating against certain people by not giving them loans. This would have been during Barack's community organizing period. The decision lead to the Clinton administration push in 1995 to have changes made to lending requirements. And we all know where that lead to. I think Kurtz wrote something about this in NRO or somewhere. But I think there might be something here that could hurt Barack if we had a real press and not this Obama fan club masquerading as a news media. It might be worth looking into.
