Obama Campaign Unveils New Military Uniforms For US Armed Forces

Published by at 2:26 pm under All General Discussions

With my tongue firmly in my cheek I cannot help but notice the ‘change’ Obama plans to bring to our military. Not only does he want to revamp the Seal of The President, he has plans to overhaul the dowdy-looking US military uniform:

This multi-service fashion statement also acts as a floatation device in the event of a water emergency. BTW, Pierre Cardin has definitely ‘jumped the shark’.

I swear, some people in the fashion industry seem to be on a mission to make people look completely ridiculous.

Well, that would be a good way to cut the military. What self respecting soldier or marine would be caught dead in that? Obama would not have to lift a finger to cut it himself which is what he intends to do. But don’t you think it is a little vulnerable with no body armor? Of course, it might be all right for the French, they don’t go into battle anyway.

Speaking of French fashions. My sister, who married two Frenchmen (not at the same time), sent my daughter an outfit from France when she was fourteen about 30 years ago. It consisted of thigh length stockings, a garter belt and a bustier. I really think she expected myy daughter to wear that yuk. Back then she would have been sent home from school with a note to me and all the kids would have laughed at her.

That is the new O’Navy uniform.

Keeps the sailors safe with an always inflated rubber raft!!!

If we connect 3000 – 4000 of these sailors together we can get an aircraft carrier on the cheap.

And we could quickly reconfigure it for a Peace Ship or something…
