Voice of Taliban Silenced
The capture of the spokesman of Taliban has interesting implications:
Pakistani interrogators on Wednesday were questioning the shadowy chief spokesman of Afghanistan’s hardline Islamic Taleban militia a day after his arrest, officials said.
Security forces seized Abdul Latif Hakimi, who often spoke to international media to claim responsibility for attacks on US and Afghan forces, in a raid on a house in the southwestern city Quetta on Tuesday.
He might turn. But it is more likely intel resources monitored his location to detect the links before arresting him. So expect a lot of other arrests soon.
More than likely the Taliban Leader Mullah Omar should be very cautious. My guess is he is days away from arrest, or worse. Unless he runs to his master…..
