		<description>I have found nothing today that supports bringing Hamas here.

This seems just to be funding given to a UN agency with a name that leads to a false conclusion.

The law was written during the Bosnia time frame and basically was to fund relocation to refugee camps with international funding.

I believe it would take an act of congress to authorized a specific immigration program related to Hamas similar to central american refugees and some of the other mini programs we have done in the past.

They just did one related to Iraq interpreters.  I don&#039;t think Obama could authorize that much on his own hook.</description>
