Head Above Water Again

Newest budget proposals.
Raise taxes on the top 5% from 35% to 39%.
Cap and trade to raise more money to support those who can’t pay increases and move from carbon to wind, solar, etc.
Insure 45 million medically uninsured.
You have to wonder when Obama is going to stop.
