Baltimore Harbor Tunnel Closed On Threat

The Baltimore Harbor Tunnel has just been closed due to a credible threat according to local DC news sources:
The Harbor Tunnel Thruway is closed in both directions approaching the tunnel southeast of downtown. The tunnel runs parallel to the Fort McHenry Tunnel. Both carry motorists under the Chesapeake Bay.
A federal law enforcement official tells The Associated Press that the closure is in response to a threat.
Governor Ehrlich’s spokesman Henry Fawell says there is there is a joint federal, state and local security operation underway. He says the governor is closely monitoring the situation.
