Jews Need To Understand The Heart Of Liberals

Published by at 8:59 am under All General Discussions

Jewish leaders are learning a harsh lesson about liberal democrats – they coddle islamist terrorists and berate free democracies. They have for decades. So why are they shocked Hillary Clinton, working for President Obama, is promoting the  usual liberal lines?

In a swift about face from her views as New York’s senator, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is now hammering Israel over its treatment of Palestinians in Gaza.

As First Lady, Clinton raised eyebrows when she kissed Suha Arafat.

Since she was then seeking a Senate seat the resulting brouhaha caused her to “re-think” her positions.

“I’m a very strong supporter of Israel,” Clinton said back in February 2000.

On Thursday, as Secretary of State she had yet another about face in the form of angry messages demanding Israel speed up aid to Gaza. Jewish leaders are furious.

“I am very surprised, frankly, at this statement from the United States government and from the secretary of state,” said Mortimer Zuckerman, publisher of the New York Daily News and member of the NYC Jewish Community Relations Council.

“I liked her a lot more as a senator from New York,” Assemblyman Dov Hikind, D-Brooklyn, said. “Now, I wonder as I used to wonder who the real Hillary Clinton is.”

The real Hillary is simply a liberal politician. They should not be surprised, they should chose their leaders better.

This notion that Jewish people are somehow “conservative” is part of the problem. Jews are in the US overwhelmingly liberal Democrats. In Israel, the recent elections were hardly a landslide for the right, it was basically a tie between the center left and the center right though the far left lost in a rather dramatic fashion.

In this country we have an administration whose strategy seems to be to intentionally destroy our current economic and governmental system, sow panic, and then use that panic as a mandate to rebuild a new system that looks something like the failed socialism that countries such as Italy and Germany are now moving away from.

You cant build a new house until you tear down the old one and what this administration seems to be doing is to intentionally destroy our fundamental institutions. They create financial crisis and then use the “emergency” to rebuild things they way they want.

You might find it interesting that the very people that caused this such as people from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Citi, etc. are now members of Obama’s administration. While we bail out Citi and call on them for “concessions”, the person responsible for Citi’s’ mess in the first place is one of Obama’s senior economic advisers. Rob Rubin is Obama’s friend and basically created the global mess with mortgage backed derivatives.

It stands to reason they would be using the same strategy in their middle east vision. Create a crisis, and then when everything is on the verge of collapse, use the panic as a mandate to rebuild everything the way they want it.

    It is absolutely despicable.

I have no sympathy for those Jews that actually believed in and voted for Obama.

Never did I realize the importance and responsibility of my own vote until 9/11.

Actually it may be a good thing for the State of Israel. Now they will have to depend on themselves to save themselves. Americans are scared of Bibi, nobody will mess with him like they did with the last bunch of appeasers.

This is why I have always wondered why Jewish voters are so overwhelmingly liberal. Not so much domestic policies, but just when it comes to the Middle East. Like in the summer of 2006 during the war in Lebanon, Pelosi was among those that spoke against Israel as “overreacting.”
