Rove Clear, Libby Indicted?

Published by under All General Discussions

This NY Times piece is claiming Rove is in the clear, pending further investigation and Libby faces indictment for not agreeing with the press who is culpable and covering their backsides. Fitzgerald is going to come out of this looking like an idiot. If leaking Val’s employer was not a crime, confusion over accounts about [...]

Miers Was A Mudblood

UPDATE: I have been getting comments that illustrate that I may have left the wrong impression. I am not talking about people who had doubts about Miers, but would allow her an opportunity to be heard and make her case. And there may be some gray areas between that group and those I am most [...]

Fly By 10/27/05

Yes, the Chicago White Sox won the World Series… But the real news is that Harriet Miers has withdrawn her nomination. Too bad. The losers who won on the name calling and hyperventilating and rumor mongering won the day. I have never been more proud to be an independent. We don’t do hatchet jobs on [...]

Plame Tired

Well, we start another suspenseful day of rumors and hyperventilation from the media as they try to catch up to the blogoshpere (bloggers and readers alike) regarding what happened. Fortunately for me, I will be in meetings so I will not be able to partake very much during work hours. But a quick round up [...]

Plame Update, 10/27/05

OK, second season 24 starts off with a rush! yeah, yeah – Plame Game – I know. I need life outside the Wilsons. New stuff only. From LA Times: Sources close to the case said they doubted that Fitzgerald would seek to extend the term of the jury, which expires Friday, raising the likelihood of [...]

Hogan And Fitzgerald Meeting

CNN is reporting a confirmed report that Special Prosecutor Fitzgerald and Judge Hogan met in chambers for 45 minutes after the Grand Jury convened. Looks like Fitzgerald may be looking for an extension after all. No word on what was discussed though. 16:22 Eastern.

Able Danger, Slade Gorton Returns!

TopDog has a post on the return of Slade Gorton claiming again Able Danger was, and is still, irrelevant: Slade Gorton claims to already know the results of the Senate Intelligence Committee proceedings. He says they will agree with him – that Able Danger was historically insignificant. That it “didn’t have anything to do with [...]

MoveOn Is Disgusting

Just watch this despicable new ad from MoveOn.org which uses the deaths of our brave men and women as props! And to solicit money this way? Outrageous! Something I would expect from Nazis AQ terrorists. Anyone associated with these ghouls should be shunned for all time. This rotten trash is now playing on CNN (of [...]

END UPDATE QT Monster notified me of this idiotic move by a Florida School Board to outlaw holidays based on religion.: The Hillsborough County School [...]

Iran and Al Qaeda? Not!

Is anyone thinking it would be wise to allow Iran nuclear technology when Bin Laden’s sons and Al Qaeda openly roam the streets of Tehran? Iran is permitting around 25 high-ranking al Qaeda members to roam free in the country’s capital, including three sons of Osama bin Laden, a German monthly magazine reported on Wednesday. [...]

Plame Grand Jury Adjourns

UPDATE: Jeff over at the Bernoulli Effect has a great post on Fitzgerald and why we should be confident he will not be trying to create the case for leftwing conspiracists – per his friend Andrew McCarthey. This is a more good news in my opinion. END UPDATE Well, that was short – half a [...]

Hitch Marches Galloway To The Gallows

Figuratively speaking of course! I will not even attempt to ‘translate’ Hitchens here – it is best experienced in its native from. But a tidbit is not out of line: A member of the British Parliament was in receipt of serious money originating from a homicidal dictatorship. That money was supposed to have been used [...]

Who Is David Tillotson?

Published by under All General Discussions

UPDATE: Someone at Tom’s Site found the records to prove Tillotson is a democrat. Well, 90% of the people in DC are democrats – so I had little chance of predicting that as I did. What does it mean? Still nothing much – except the logical conspiracy charge would be against friends and neighbors around [...]

AP In Denial

Published by under All General Discussions

The media-formally-known-as-mainstream are so giddy over possible indictments in the Plame Game – their very own Watergate! – that they have missed the big story: we have a democratic Iraqi government who will be our ally in the War on Terror. IBD points out how the AP had to bury this news in order to [...]
