Democrats believed we could trust Saddam with his WMD technology and terrorist ties.

    Saddam had WMDs?…

    Even if there were no WMDs, going into Iraq was still a good idea. This is just icing on the cake. But damn, is it good icing….

    I’m confident that sooner or later we’re going to find out where the WMD’s are or what happened to them, and I hope it’s sooner rather than later and that they haven’t already fallen into the wrong hands. The fact that the Administration doesn’t seem anxious to find out disturbs me more than a little. There’s something that just doesn’t smell right.

    The discussions between Saddam and his minions is a bit hard to understand because they talk in this flowery allusive prose.

    Tierney gave a literal translation on the screen, but then interpreted what they really meant.
